How To Use: Five Options
1) Pre-shampoo hot oil treatment: Prior to shampooing the hair, apply ample amount of oil on scalp and hair from root to tip. (Hair may be wet or dry prior to application.) Cover with plastic cap- use our Hydratherma Naturals cordless heating cap or sit under dryer for 10 -15 minutes. Rinse and proceed to shampoo and deep condition as usual.

3) After shampoo hot oil treatment: After shampooing hair, apply oil to hair from root to tip. Proceed to deep conditioning treatment (moisture or protein).

Make sure that the gel packs lay flat in each compartment.
1.Place assembled Hair Therapy Wrap in a domestic microwave oven
2.Heat for around 80 seconds depending on desired heat
3.Test the heat at 10 second intervals to find out the desired heating time for your microwave
4.Do not touch the gel packs directly. Heat to desired temperature in a microwave. Place disposable inner plastic cap on head. Fit Hair Therapy Wrap over plactic cap with tail part towards back. Then at the base of the neck, simply twist the fabric firmly for a snug, drip-proof fit. Use the hook and loop strip to secure tail on the top of the wrap.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE HYDRATHERMA NATURALS HEALTHY HAIR SYSTEM.
All of the Hydratherma Naturals Healthy Hair Care Products are designed to act synergistically.
Step 1. Shampoo once with Hydratherma Naturals , Herbal / Amino Clarifying Shampoo to remove residue and product build-up. This shampoo gently removes residue left on the hair shaft and scalp while moisturizing the hair with herbs and extracts. Clarifying the hair will allow it to readily absorb moisture from deep conditioning. This product also strengthens the hair with keratin amino acids and is extremely gentle. We recommend that you shampoo your hair in the shower to prevent tangles.
Step 2. Use Hydratherma Naturals, Moisture Boosting Shampoo for your second lather. This shampoo infuses the hair with moisture! Contains Seaweed, Sea Kelp and Algae Extracts. Apply a dime to quarter size amount to the scalp and squeeze through to the hair ends. You may leave this shampoo in the hair for 3 minutes for added moisture. We recommend that you shampoo your hair in the shower to prevent tangles.
Step 3. Use Hydratherma Naturals, Moisture Boosting, Deep Conditioning Treatment or Hydratherma Naturals, Amino Plus, Protein Deep Conditioning Treatment. These products should be alternated every other week. It is important to provide your hair with moisture and protein. Alternating the protein and moisturizing conditioning treatments will provide your hair with a moisture / protein balance. Saturate your hair with the conditioner (root to tip) and apply our Hydratherma cordless heating cap or sit under the dryer for 10 - 20 minutes for deep / penetrating conditioning. Comb through with wide tooth comb before rinsing out the treatment to gently remove tangles. We recommend that you rinse out your deep conditioner in the shower to prevent tangles.
SECTION YOUR WET HAIR INTO AT LEAST 4 SECTIONS. TO EACH SECTION:
Step 4. Part hair in sections and spray the scalp with Hydratherma Naturals Follicle invigorator. You may also lightly mist the hair.
Step 5. Apply Hydratherma Naturals, Protein Balance Leave-In Conditioner. Apply a small amount to each section of wet hair concentrating on hair ends. Use more or less as needed.
Step 6. Apply a small amount of the Hydratherma Naturals, Daily Moisturizing Growth Lotion to each section of wet hair. Concentrate on hair ends. Use more or less as needed. Depending on your hair's condition / dryness you can use it 1 to 3 times a day (on dry hair) until your hair reached its optimal moisture level. Daily use on dry hair is recommended.
Step 7. Apply a dime to quarter size amount of Hydratherma Naturals, Hair Growth Oil to each section of wet / towel dried hair to seal in moisture. Use more or less as needed.
Step 8. Style hair. Mist your hair with Hydratherma Naturals, Herbal Gloss Heat Protector prior to styling for a nice shine / heat protection. (This may be used on wet hair prior to setting / blow drying.)
