We ship worldwide and to all military addresses.

ROUTE Insurance / Orders Within USA / Subscription Services

All orders within the United States will be shipped GROUND via FEDEX, DHL or USPS Priority. ROUTE INSURANCE / ROUTE insurance is automatically added to each order to cover lost, stolen or damaged orders. You may opt out and remove ROUTE insurance from your shopping cart. Please remember that if you opt out, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. If you purchased ROUTE insurance with your order and your order is lost, stolen or damaged, you may file a claim to have your package reshipped or refunded via the ROUTE app. All orders shipped to a PO box will be shipped via USPS. Subscription service customers receive 15% off plus free shipping for each subscription order. There is a 3 delivery subscription minimum. Free shipping for USA orders only.

Order Turnaround

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days of order placement - Excluding weekends. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check your spam / bulk folder. If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed on our website or we will let you know via e-mail. Your complete order (all items) will ship once your item is back in stock.

Valid Address

You are responsible for supplying Healthy Hair Journey Enterprises L.L.C. with a valid shipping address. If an invalid address was given to us, UPS and USPS will not be able to deliver the package to you and it will be returned to us as "undeliverable". If the item was delivered to your "old / incorrect address", we are not obligated to reship the product. If we receive an "undeliverable" package, the patron will receive credit for the product only minus the shipping payment. We will not reship undeliverable items until a shipping payment is received by the customer. Refunds will not be given for undeliverable packages. If you would like to have the package shipped again, you are responsible for shipping cost. Patrons with undeliverable addresses will receive an e-mail or telephone call from us concerning this situation.
Please verify that your order is correct prior to submitting your order with us. We are not able to add or remove items from your order once it is sent to our packaging floor.
