We are happy to ship to you! We ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Feel free to place an order on our secure website! All international orders will be charged a flat handling fee of $30.00. International shipments must clear customs in their destination countries. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that their package may incur.

All orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS Ground (3-8 mailing days- depending on location) This does not include order turnaround time. We do not automatically insure packages. If you would like to insure your item, please send us an email with your request and we will email you a link for payment of the insurance fee.

Order Turnaround
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check your spam / bulk folder for emails from us. If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed on our website or we will let you know via e-mail. If item is out of stock, please feel free to preorder if you wish. Your complete order (all items) will ship once your item is in stock.
Valid address
You are responsible for supplying Healthy Hair Journey Enterprises L.L.C. with a valid address. If an invalid address was given to us, UPS and USPS will not be able to deliver the package to you and it will be returned to us as "undeliverable". If the item was delivered you your "old / incorrect address" we are not obligated to reship the product. If the products have already shipped we are not obligated to reship since an incorrect address was supplied to us. Also, if an item was not claimed from the UPS / USPS after a delivery notice, the item will be returned to us as 'undeliverable". If we receive an "undeliverable" package, the patron will receive credit for the product only minus the shipping payment.. We will not reship undeliverable items until a shipping payment is received by the customer. Refunds will not be given for undeliverable packages. If you would like to have the package shipped again, you are responsible for shipping cost. Patrons with undeliverable addresses will receive an e-mail or telephone call from us concerning this situation. We are not responsible for stolen items after they have shipped.

Your package must be returned to us or post marked within 5 business days after receiving the product. At that time, we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier. We will happily replace items that were damaged during shipping. No cash refunds will be offered for damaged items.

Return Policy
Many of our products are handmade just for you. Due to the nature of the products; all sales are final and are not subject to return.
